BK BLT — Secret Menu Hack & How to Order

The BK BLT is one of the simplest and most satisfying items on the Burger King secret menu: it takes classic BLT toppings — bacon, lettuce and tomato — and adds them to a Whopper or Whopper Jr. The result is a flame-grilled burger with the smoky, fresh flavor of a BLT sandwich. Because the BK BLT is just a modified Whopper, it's easy to order at most locations and there's no secret handshake required.

To build a BK BLT, you start with a Whopper (or the smaller Whopper Jr.) and add extra bacon, keeping the lettuce and tomato the Whopper already comes with. You're essentially paying the price of the Whopper plus an add-on charge for the extra bacon, which is why there's no fixed "BK BLT" price — it depends on your base burger and how much bacon you add.

How to order the BK BLT

Ordering the BK BLT is straightforward: ask for a Whopper with extra bacon, and confirm it comes with lettuce and tomato (it does by default). If you want the smaller, cheaper version, order a Whopper Jr. with added bacon instead. You don't need to use the name "BK BLT" — describing it as a Whopper with extra bacon works everywhere. For the base burger prices, see the burgers guide.

Is the BK BLT worth it?

If you love the bacon-lettuce-tomato combo, yes — it adds a fresh, smoky dimension to the Whopper for just the cost of extra bacon. It's one of the lowest-effort, highest-reward secret-menu hacks, and because it relies only on standard ingredients, almost any Burger King can make it.
